Requests for private letters and completion of forms are non-NHS work.
NHS work takes priority for patients - private letters and forms are therefore completed at the discretion of the doctor when time allows . Please allow up to 28 working days for completion. The doctor may decline any request if it is felt to be inappropriate or if other NHS work needs to be completed and time does not allow.
Some forms may incur a fee - see table below.
All payment is to be made in advance in cash once it has been confirmed a doctor will write your letter or complete your form.
Any amendments you subsequently request after your letter or form is completed will be at the discretion of the doctor and may incur a further fee.
We do not sign or provide the following:
- passport applications
- proof of identification
- character references
- employment references
- overseas forms
- firearm certificates
