How Do I Make An Appointment?
You can make an appointment with the Doctor, Nurse or HCA by phoning the Medical Centre on 0208 493 1630 or by attending reception in surgery.
You have a right to express a preference of practitioner and we will do our best to give you an appointment with the Doctor of your choice. Should your preferred Doctor not have a free appointment you will be offered an appointment with one of the other doctors in the practice.
You will never be refused to see a Doctor if one is available. If you no longer need your appointment please cancell your appointment 24 hours in advance.
Please remember that your appointment is only for you.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 mins late you will loose your allocated slot. Once you arrive you must login your self using the touch screen monitor available in the waiting area.
