Important update

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?

Appointments are now available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice.

Monday to Friday: 6:30 – 8:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations. Please note opening hours will vary between hubs: 

  • Bounds Green Group Practice, Gordon Road, London N11 2PF
  • Somerset Gardens Family Health Centre, 4 Creighton Road, London N17 8NW
  • Queenswood Medical Practice, 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD

Named accountable GP
It is now a contractural requirement that we inform all patients of their Named GP. This does not stop you from booking to see any other clinician. If you would like to know who your Named GP is, please ask at reception

Dear Parents: please book an appointment in your Surgery for FLU nasal spray vaccine to protect your child against flu.

From July 2012 our practice is a collaborative research practice under the Royal College of General Practitioners. The practice has been accredited to be a research practice.

We are accommodating more patients in our surgery. Please call surgery so you would be seen quicker rather than going to A&E.

Phlebotomy Service in- house to patients aged 65 and over on Tuesday and Thursday 9.30- 10.00 AM

Access To Medical Records

In writing ask at reception for access to medical records.There is a  fee ( £10.00) for that service, if a copy is required an additional fee will be charged. There is no facility for immediate access.

When We Are Closed

closed_signWhen the practice is closed please call the surgery number 0203 3709086 or 0844 576 9006 and you will be directed to the out of hours service

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a medical staff. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 111 or 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
